RER now features a custom built-to-fit aluminum 11 ga. fuel tank that holds 22 gallons! The tank is constructed to fit in our frame and clear all suspension and roll cage areas. It can be removed even after your Cheetah is assembled.
Each tank comes assembled with a 45 deg remote fill plate. The plate allows access to the inside of the tank where we provide fuel cell foam to prevent slosh and weight transfer from the fuel.
The tank is center, rear fill and a Monza style cap is recommended.
The remote fill plate also features two pick-ups (in case FI is used), a vent with roll-over protection and a GM style sending unit (0-90 ohm). The 45 deg neck also features an octopus style roll-over device, the best in the industry.
Under the remote plate, RER includes a pick-up hose and pre-filter. The bottom of the tank has a drain.
